COMPETITION RULES

COMMIT TO V-NOTCH

​

  • V-notch all eggers in your traps

 

  • Re-notch females without eggs

 

  • Collect the week’s notches in small jar

 

  • Count them up and submit your V-notch count every Saturday

SUBMIT YOUR WEEKLY COUNT

  • Scan the QR code on your V-notch jar lid to submit your count on the website

​

  • Add the week’s notches to your large jar

​

  • Save all of your V-notches from the competition

​

  • Encourage others to join - for fun and for the future of Maine’s lobster fishery
